Commercial Teaching License for single flower - No credit required
This Commercial teaching License allows you to use ONE SINGLE FLOWER TEMPLATE from CAMPBELL WORKSHOP to reteach your students with our templates either online or in person, paid or for free with no credit required.
You must purchase the Template and the License separately, they are two different products. Please Fill in the digital application form and send it back to us. We will issue you a Digital Commercial Teaching License within 3 Working Days.
Please note that one License = one flower template. You will need to specific the flower of your own choice in the application.
By purchasing the Commercial Teaching License, you agree with the following:
You are allowed to reteach your students with our templates either online or in person, paid or for free worldwide. This license is for life.
You agree that, subject to the rights and licenses granted herein, Campbell Workshop is, and will remain, the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest, throughout the world, to all Licensed intellectual property and any copies of the Licensed intellectual property.
You must also ask the students to sign a disclaimer confirming they will not share the template for either personal or commercial use, and be able to provide a copy of this to Campbell Workshop or our legal representatives upon request. We will also provide the Confidentiality Disclaimer for you to use.
You may NOT:
- You must not share or sell the templates to others, either commercially, as tutorials, or for personal use.
- You has no right to grant sublicenses to any third party unless the Owner of Campbell Workshop provides its approval in writing.
- In no event may you remove any copyright or intellectual property notice, proprietary legend, trademark or service mark from any materials.
If you wish to sell your paper flowers with our templates, you will need to purchase our Commercial Resale License instead !
