This week is our monthly Painter’s Flower Collection, we are looking at some Folk Art by an Ukraine Artist Булавін Лідія Іллівна (Lydia Bulavin). It is very interesting on how they interpret flowers in 2D patterns. Their perspective on space is very different and this makes the project quite challenging for me to turn it into a 3D flower.

What you need
Crepe Paper Yellow, Light Orange, Beige, Leaf Green, Brown
Floral wire in 18 & 24 gauge
Acrylic Paint in Sand, Brown, Red, Yellow & Green
a pair of flat pliers and wire cutter
a pair of Tweezers
a pair of scissors
Paper clips
Paintbrush
